SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Production Times
The Young Brand equipment is built with purpose and made with care. Many of our leather products are handmade to order, and production time varies by item.
Estimated production times are listed on each product page. Most handmade products require approximately 4–14 business days before shipment, depending on the product and level of customization.
Production times are estimates and may increase during periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or custom work.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and available carrier services.
We currently use services from carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Any delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after the order has been completed and handed to the carrier. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Estimates
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by The Young Brand.
Weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before placing your order and we will let you know whether the requested timeline is realistic.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at customersupport@theyoungbrandco.com.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or redirected.
Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and product.
If tracking shows that a package has been lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the carrier. We will assist where possible with carrier claims or investigations.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless those charges are specifically collected at checkout.
International shipments may also experience customs delays outside the control of The Young Brand.
Customs documentation will reflect the appropriate value of the merchandise being shipped.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom and personalized products may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated on the product page or during the custom-order process.
Changes requested after production has begun may not be possible.
