Lifetime Warranty & Product Care
Built to be used. Backed when it matters.
We stand behind the products we make. If a product fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship during its reasonable service life, we will make it right—provided the product has been used as intended and reasonably cared for.
Our warranty is designed to protect customers from genuine product failures, not to penalize gear for looking used. Scratches, patina, dirt, fading, and other signs of honest use do not automatically void coverage.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. Examples of potentially covered failures include:
- Stitching, seams, or construction that fail prematurely during normal intended use
- Hardware that fails during normal intended use without evidence of impact, misuse, modification, or neglect
- Material failure that occurs prematurely and is not caused by normal wear, abrasion, chewing, cutting, heat, chemicals, improper storage, or improper care
Every claim is evaluated based on the product, its age and condition, the way it was used, and the cause of the failure.
What “Lifetime” Means
Lifetime coverage refers to the reasonable service life of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. No piece of working gear is indestructible, and materials and hardware naturally wear over time. A product that has simply reached the end of its useful life is not considered defective.
If something fails unusually early under normal use, we want to see it. We would rather evaluate the actual product than hide behind a technicality.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- Normal wear and tear or a product reaching the end of its reasonable service life
- Chewing, biting, clawing, or other animal-caused damage
- Cuts, burns, punctures, abrasion, impact, crushing, dragging, vehicle damage, or other accidental damage
- Misuse, use outside the product's intended purpose, excessive loading, or deliberate abuse
- Improper cleaning, prolonged exposure to damaging chemicals, salt, moisture, heat, or other conditions that materially contribute to failure
- Failure to reasonably clean, dry, condition, maintain, or store the product when that lack of care materially causes the damage
- Continued use after obvious damage that should reasonably have caused the product to be taken out of service
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than us unless we approved them in advance
- Cosmetic changes such as scratches, scuffs, fading, patina, finish wear, surface marks, or natural variations in leather
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced products
- Fit or sizing issues that develop because of growth, weight change, measurement error, or changes after the product has been used
What We Mean by Neglect
Neglect is not ordinary hard use. We expect working gear to get dirty and show wear. For warranty purposes, neglect means a failure to provide reasonable care where that lack of care materially contributed to the damage or failure.
Examples may include leaving gear wet or contaminated for extended periods, allowing corrosion or mildew to progress without attention, exposing materials to damaging chemicals without cleaning them, storing products in conditions likely to cause damage, or continuing to use a product after a serious defect or unsafe condition is obvious.
How Warranty Claims Work
- Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order information if available, clear photos of the entire product and the damaged area, and a short description of what happened.
- We review the claim. We may request additional photos, details about how the product was used, or the physical product for inspection.
- If the claim is covered, we make it right. Depending on the issue, we may repair the product, replace it with the same or a reasonably comparable product, or provide another appropriate remedy when repair or replacement is not practical.
We may require the original product to be returned to us or otherwise surrendered before a replacement is issued. Do not ship a product to us until return instructions have been provided.
Proof of Purchase
This warranty applies to genuine products purchased directly from us or through an authorized seller. Proof of purchase or other reasonable verification may be required. We reserve the right to decline fraudulent, altered, duplicate, or unverifiable claims.
Repairs Outside Warranty
If damage is not covered by warranty but the product can reasonably be repaired, contact us. When practical, we may offer a paid repair or replacement option. Availability and pricing depend on the condition of the product, materials, and labor required.
Safety & Inspection
Working gear should be inspected before each use. If stitching, leather, webbing, hardware, fasteners, or any load-bearing component appears damaged or compromised, stop using the product until it can be evaluated. No product is indestructible, and a warranty is not a substitute for routine inspection and responsible use.
Our Standard
If our workmanship or materials fail when they should not have, we will stand behind the product. If the product was neglected, misused, abused, altered, or simply worn through a full service life, that is outside warranty coverage.
Our goal is simple: be fair to the customer, be fair to the product, and make the right call based on what actually happened.
Nothing in this warranty limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
